I have to suggest Trail Runner Nation and Road Dog

both have awesome low-key but very informative guests. they also have a great blend of content that keeps it interesting.

Dylan Bowman’s The Pyllars podcast is the only one I’m regularly listening to right now.

What makes it special: Dylan Bowman! His enthusiasm for ultra/trail running is phenomenal as is his depth of knowledge and the insightful questions he asks his guests.

Another recommendation is The Adventure Stache. Not running focus, but Payson McElveen often interviews non-cyclists (including Dylan, Gwen Jorgenssen and Kelly Halpin through the course of the podcast). He’s a great interviewer too.

Ten Junk Miles is a must! I have been enjoying Beer on the Run Podcast, Run Hard Mom Hard, The Koopcast, and Ultrarunner Podcast. I will plug my own as well because I think it is super unique. Check out The Endurance House Podcast, I would love feedback!

I am not a podcast fan. The last (and only) podcast I subscribed to was - no meat athlete. Which is a running podcast btw.
But Beer on the run is a really good podcast and I think it will be the second one subscribe to.
Thanks for the recommendation.

Another recommendation for Ten Junk Miles and Trail Runner Nation. TJM sometimes tries too hard to be irreverent with a rotating cast of co-hosts but the one-on-one interviews are excellent. Host Scott Kummer is a great interviewer and has a knack for teasing-out the story. And TRN is just consistently excellent. I’ve run many miles listening to Don and Scott; they feel like friends. A Blast from the Past is Elevation Trail, Tim and Gary. An odd mix of hosts that worked very well. ET is gone but not forgotten.

no meat athlete…i’m intrigued! I’m not a diet-die-hard one way or another but I love hearing discussions about plant-based fueling – esp as I start to get tired of gels and the like.

Ive been devouring Pillars lately after discovering it when Lucy B made an appearance.

Ive just downloaded an audio book form Ali Brownlee - Relentless - where he interviews high achievers in the sporting world. Not sure if it has received much chatter in the trail world, so thought id drop a mention.

Blatant copy and paste job here, but people he interviews are:
Ian Poulter • Ronnie O’Sullivan • Alastair Cook • Paula Radcliffe • Ian Botham • Alex Danson • Michael Owen • Shane Williams • Mark Cavendish • Donna Fraser • Denis Irwin • Anna Hemmings • Richard Dunwoody • Chris Froome • Kilian Jornet • Mark Webber • AP McCoy • Stuart Lancaster
